Adam is now 17 years of age. In 2010 Adam’s golf resume added a new chapter of performance never seen in a single season by a Canadian Junior. In the 2011 Season he is off to another great year winning the BC Junior Boys for a second time.
Adam fires a final round 4-under-par 68 to claim his second BC Junior Boys’ Championship at Birchbank Golf Club in Trail, BC.
Adam carded six birdies and just two bogeys on the day giving him an overall total of 14-under-par 274, which was good enough for a seven stroke victory.
“I really feel great about this win,” said the two-time. “I’ve been struggling on the greens lately but I putted a lot better today and am happy I was able to turn that around.”
Next up Adam will attempt to defend his title at the Callaway Junior World Championships at Torrey Pines Golf Course in La Jolla, CA.
“I’m happy to be playing so well early in the season. This win will really give me confidence heading into the Junior Worlds.”
